If you are a new or existing Customer purchasing a new
ServantHost shared hosting account, you qualify to receive one
(1) free, new .com, .net or .org domain name registration. A
minimum 12 month (annual) term is required.
ServantHost will register this .com, .net or .org domain name and pay
the registration fees for you for one (1) year. We will
designate you or your organization as the legal owner of this
domain name by using the "Organization" or the
"First/Last Name" specified below as the domain's
"Registrant Name".
If prior to the end of the first twelve-month term, you cancel
this service for any reason, or ServantHost terminates service
due to a breach of its Terms
of Service, an early termination fee of $25 will be
applied.
